SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

Museum Of Fine Clothing works with the following shipping partners: Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

For international customers, pre-order items are dispatched within 15 business days, while ready-to-wear items are shipped within the same week. For domestic customers in Turkey, pre-order items are delivered within 15 days, and ready-to-wear items are delivered within 2–5 days.

Our payment prices may vary depending on the currency selected at checkout.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, a shipment confirmation with tracking details will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

If you notice any visible damage to the package upon delivery, please request a damage report from the courier officer before accepting the shipment. Otherwise, it will be considered that the shipment was received in good condition and responsibility will be transferred to the courier company upon acceptance.

Our courier partners deliver orders from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For international orders, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price and must be covered by the customer.

We are unable to provide an exact estimate of these charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities. Customers may contact their local customs office for further information.
