SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

Museum Of Fine Clothing works with the following shipping partners: Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. For international customers, pre-order items are dispatched within 15 business days, while ready-to-wear items are shipped within the same week. For domestic customers in Turkey, pre-order items are delivered within 15 days, and ready-to-wear items are delivered within 2–5 days.

We will provide you a tracking number once your parcel has shipped. The occurences of deliveries will be within work hours from Monday to Friday. (Holidays are not included)

During the sale period, the large number of orders may result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS ve FEDEX and needs a signature once they are delivered. Generally Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS ve FEDEX operates during 9 A.M to 6 P.M on business day. If you desire you can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing an order. For example your work address.(Which is recommended.) We are not able to deliver to post office boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products include taxes but exclude any customs duties that may apply to international orders. For orders shipped outside of Turkey, all applicable customs duties and import taxes must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an accurate estimate of these charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities. Customers may contact their local customs office for further information.

Museum Of Fine Clothing is not responsible for any customs-related delays, charges, or actions, as these are outside of our control.The responsibility of any actions, or costs, or taxes, or delays that occurs because of customs cannot be belong to Museum Of Fine Clothing which it has no control of.

INSURANCE

Museum of Fine Clothing insures each purchase during transit time until it reaches to it’s destination. All orders needs a signature once it is delivered, which the responsibility of the order passes to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also agree that a signature from the third party is enough proof of  delivery and  fulfillment of agreement by Museum of Fine Clothing.

ORDER STATUS

All orders that are shipped by Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS ve FEDEX are fully trackable on their website. You can always contact them when you have questions about your shipment. You can refer to the ‘’orders’’ section of your account  to receive a tracking number and  general information about the status of your order.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR E-GIFT CARD USAGE

Predefined Amounts
Our E-Gift Cards are available in three predefined amounts for added simplicity and convenience.

Delivery
The E-Gift Card is delivered digitally via email and includes a unique voucher code.

Currency and Validity

  • The E-Gift Card is issued in TRY for domestic purchases in Turkey, and in USD for international customers.

  • Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made in the same currency.

  • The E-Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Redemption and Flexibility
If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the card, the recipient may pay the remaining balance at checkout.
E-Gift Cards are final-sale items and are non-reloadable and non-refundable.

Usage Restrictions

  • The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Museum of Fine Clothing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
