Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

Before ordering, you can access the size information of the products from the size chart. The order must be placed taking into account the body measurements and in this case, no changes can be made to the placed order. Pre-orders are produced in the given size. For this reason, order returns/exchanges are not accepted in cases such as 'size incompatibility'.

-Only security tag not removed from clothes.-

Any non-pre-order item purchased by a customer from Museumofc.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible of  refund, all item has to be remained in their original condition, and their originals tags and packings needs to remain intact. Merchandise that has been damaged, used altered and worn out cannot be refunded.

If you wish to refund a product, contact and notify us on

Please keep in mind that any costs and risks regarding to the return of the item belongs to the sender.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a different size, style or color, do contact us  on museum@museumofc.com to see which products are available. If the item you wish to exchange is in our warehouse, we will hold it for you. When we recieve your return, we will ship it the address of your original order.

REFUND

The goods that returned by mail to our warehouse will be inspected within 21 business days from receipt. You will recieve and e-mail when your return is complate. Refunds will be returned as the original form of payment.
