Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

Before placing an order, customers can review product size information via the size chart. Orders must be placed according to the provided body measurements, and no changes can be made once an order has been confirmed. Pre-order items are produced specifically in the selected size; therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases such as size incompatibility.

Security tags must remain attached to all garments. Items with removed security tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non pre-order items purchased from Museumofc.com may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, used, altered, or worn are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that only discounted (sale) items are eligible for exchange; returns are not accepted for discounted products.

Please note that all costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the sender.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us at museum@museumofc.com to check availability. If the requested item is in stock, it will be reserved for you. Once your return is received, the replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address.

REFUND

Please note that refunds are not applicable. Returned items will only be eligible for exchange under the conditions stated above.
