ORDER

How we can shop on museumofc.com?

You don’t need to register to make purchase on Museum Of Fine Clothing.
Dedicated to our customers you can also create an account to access exclusive services. When creating your account you will be sent a confirmation e-mail to the address.

How to place an order?

To place an order, choose the desired color and size of the product you want to buy, and then add the product to your bag.
Before making your payment, you can change or verify your basket.
After selecting your items, complete your order by clicking ‘Checkout’
You can log in, register or you can continue as a guest.
Payment method will be asked to choose and enter your shipping details.
Please check that if the information entered is correct and click ‘Buy’.

If you received an order how will I know?

Within several minutes of making purchase at www.museumofc.com, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
You will receive a second e mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you can track the delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed after shipment but we will do our best to fulfill your request.

 


SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
All orders are sent by Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS ve FEDEX, by entering your tracking number on their website you can also track your package.

How do I collect my order?

Upon delivery, all orders sent by Aras Cargo, PTS, DHL, UPS ve FEDEX and with require a signature.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered between 2-7 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. During our sales period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes of course.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

Please note that shipping outside the EU, may be subjected to customs charges and all applicable taxes will be borne directly by the customer.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Depending on the currency in which you wish to pay, our delivery cost may differ.

Payment is debited from your card once you place the order
Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

PRE-ORDER

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to privately reserve a limited product that will be available at a later date.

When will my pre-order ship?

For each pre-order, item on the product page the estimated shipping date is noted. As soon as the package is shipped you will also receive a confirmation e-mail.

When I will be charged?

When you place your order, you will be charged.

 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item?

Within 14 days of the delivery date you can return any item you purchased on museumofc.com
In order to be eligable for return, all products must be in their original condition, all original labels and packaging must be intact.
Worn, used, modified or damaged products will not be accepted.

If you would like to return a product, please notify us on museum@museumofc.com and send your item by any secure transport to the following address:

Please note that the costs and risks pertaining to the return of items are born by the sender.

How do I exchange an item?

If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please contact us museum@museumofc.com check it if the product is available by contacting the address.
If this product is in our warehouse, we will keep it for you and send it to the address from your original order as soon as we receive your return.

When do I get my refund?

As soon as your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your refund has been proceed.
